Kaitlin & Taylor are my Philly couple that was looking for a true rustic wedding.  Their search led them to Chanteclaire Farm in Western, MD.  It was the perfect mashup of vintage elegance and also included one of the largest wedding parties I've ever shot.

Rachel & Ari used to hold hands in Sunday school.  Secretly of course.  Little did they know that years later, they would end up hand in hand again, this time declaring their intentions for each other at the altar.  First time shooting at the Hilltop House in Devon, PA.  Perfect venue for an intimate-sized event in my opinion.

We met at their Connecticut Ave. apt and proceeded to head downtown to one of the most important spots in this couple’s history: The Supreme Court.  Margot was there when the Supreme Court overturned the Defense of Marriage Act and, as a result, same sex marriages performed in states where they are legal are now recognized by the federal government.  When Margot and Anne got married in Maryland in the fall, Anne, who hails from Germany, was able to get a green card through their marriage.
